Our donations policy for organisations
Given our membership and objectives, RE-Alliance follows certain guidelines when accepting donations, outside of membership fees. These guidelines are set out in this Policy.
- Any donations must comply with the requirements set out in the RE-Alliance Constitution, in particular Section 2 (Objects and Powers) and Section 3 (Public Fund);
- A Memorandum of Understanding between RE-Alliance and any major donors will be signed, clearly stating that RE-Alliance's independence will be maintained at all times.
- Donations will be disclosed as required by Australian law.
