This year, RE-Alliance:
- Undertook an extensive community outreach program in the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, through a series of in-person and online conversations and events, and brought these views directly to a roundtable of industry proponents in the region
- Convened cross-sector discussions that bring together nature organisations with industry and government, to improve practice to protect biodiversity as renewable energy projects proceed
- Saw results from our 'Building Trust for Transmission' report, with some of its recommendations reflected in transmission and REZ planning frameworks released in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland
- Actively participated in policy processes as different states and territories developed their Renewable Energy Zone plans, ensuring that community outcomes were prioritised.
